Lanview is delighted to hand over the 4th floor of One Temple Quay Bristol this week, having successfully completed and delivered the project in just 25 days.
Our brief, by Landmark, was to refurbish and fit-out the 4th floor into a flexible private office space at Temple Quay – a modern waterfront complex in the heart of Bristol’s business district.
The project consisted of soft stripping existing finishes, install new glazed and sound-proof partitions, door frames and ironmongery. M&E services included adaptations through the chilled beam ceiling, fire stopping and acoustic insulation. Plus, a purpose made tea point within a breakout area, decorations throughout and finally, hard and soft floor finishes.
Completing the 4th floor of One Temple Quay in just 5 weeks is an achievement we are proud of, and testimony to Lanview’s project management capabilities.
“From the outset, Lanview were very approachable and compliant, responding to all our queries raised during the tender process. We were confident they could achieve the programme in the tight timeframe specified – by demonstrating to us that this was their strength.
They built a strong rapport with our onsite teams, and the different parties involved. All the feedback was positive. Overall – the project was completed in time, on budget and to the quality we had expected.”
Ian Dixon, Senior Project Manager, Landmark.
The project involved carefully managing individual requirements and priorities from several stakeholders including our client Landmark and the building owners The Bank of Ireland.
Another project manager commented, “Reducing noisy work in a live office environment can be a challenge. Lanview were open and flexible in their approach. They worked closely with us to adapt to the requirements, as well as getting the work done.”
