Lanview are delighted to announce the much-anticipated commencement of yet another project for our repeat client, Landmark.
The London-based project is our biggest contract to date with Landmark. Situated in the brand-new Orchard Place building on Victoria Street, Landmark’s new offices are just a minute’s walk from St. James’s Park Underground Station. This highly prestigious location near Westminster is excellently located for government employees, and a variety of thriving businesses across multiple industries find that it’s well-connected by transport links at Victoria.
When it comes to this contract, our team will be working on the development of an exciting and innovative new concept and design for Landmark. The CAT B fit-out of 2 floors involves the adaptation of the existing M&E installations to suit, including all new power and data to the new cellularised space. A brand-new club space for coworking is also being provided on the 1st floor, with bespoke joinery and tea points provided over both floors.
This project is one of several that Lanview has carried out for Landmark over recent years.
Lanview’s Quantity Surveyor, Sam Ridgeway, is part of the delivery team for this project which is expected to run until late January/early February 2023:
“We are so pleased to be once again working with Landmark on such a prestigious and exciting project of this scale, with an excellent team that bring a huge number of talents to the table. We look forward to sharing the progress of this project as it happens!”
“Landmark provide flexible office space so our designs need to offer a diverse range of work environments to accommodate the differing needs of today’s businesses. Aside from self-contained private offices, our meeting rooms, private office floors and Club Space for coworking need to give our clients everything they can’t get when working from home. With productivity, cleanliness and design in mind, we are happy to be working with Lanview again.” – Charlotte Stewart, Head of Project Management, Landmark
