Lanview are pleased to announce the imminent commencement of a new project for our repeat client, Linnell Volume LLP, which involves the construction of a new, purpose-built industrial unit within the existing Milton Keynes Integra business park site.
The new building (“Unit 9”) will sit on the Integra site, located at Linford Wood, and is a steel portal frame building for offices and industrial use with a total floor area of 833m2.
Lanview are responsible for the entire build, and Howard Moss from Linnell Volume LLP says of the relationship between Lanview and Linnell:
“Lanview have undertaken projects for us across the South East over a number of years, from new build sheds to full refurbishment after a major fire, we keep going back to them as their service is excellent. The entire team is professional they have the breadth and depth of knowledge, industry contacts and are competitive on pricing. From a client point of view no query is left unanswered and there is a real feel of ownership in everything they have done for us”
When it comes to this project, Lanview are also collaborating with Garnett Netherwood Architects once again to ensure cutting edge design when it comes to the build. Neil Oxlee, Project Director says:
