Working on Landmark’s One Temple Quay building in Bristol once again, we assisted when it came to the project budget and desired specification, which provided an existing tenant on the 5th floor with a new and segregated office space on the 4th floor which Lanview had previously refurbished in 2019.
Taking around 1/3 of the available floor area, a dedicated office space was formed within the existing open plan office, including alterations to previously installed phone booths, reconfiguration of existing glazed partitions and doors, new dry-lined partitions acoustically sealed above and below, new doors and bespoke timber glazed panels. This biggest challenge on this project was ensuring that the airflow the landlord’s chilled beam ceiling was not impeded, and specific attention to detail and care around installation of cross talk attenuators to facilitate this was key.
With only a 3 week turnaround, Lanview were able to complete installation of all of the associated elements to provide a fresh new work space on the 4th floor, on time and on budget.
